1. Schedule to have your fingerprints taken by Live Scan

2. Email your ETF Fingerprint file to Steve@SkywayDefense.com

3. Email a passport style photo with white background to steve@skywaydefense.com

4. Create your E-Forms Account in the ATF Online Portal *The ATF E-Form portal will send you credentials to login after you have registered. Please save these as you will need them for your Form 4
